Description of Service

Medger is a local-first personal finance application designed to help users track accounts, balances, income, expenses, categories, tags, and budgets. Your financial data is stored locally on your devices and encrypted end-to-end when synced.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Medger. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and any credentials used to access Medger. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Medger for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the application's functionality, or to transmit any malicious code or harmful content.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of your financial data. Medger does not access, read, or sell your data. Because Medger is local-first, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data on your devices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Medger is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medger and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the application.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Medger at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately. Your local data remains on your devices.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
